Mandarin Orange Salad
Mandarin Orange Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lemon jello (3 oz. size), 2 c. boiling water, 1 qt. orange sherbet, softened and 1 large can mandarin oranges (8 oz.), drained well (add to jello sherbet mixture), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
Cool, but do not chill.
Add sherbet, softened, to jello mixture.
Drain the mandarin oranges; add to jello sherbet mixture.
Stir well.
Pour into 13 x 8-inch Pyrex dish.
Chill well for several hours or until firm.
Cut in serving pieces.
