Mandarin Green Salad
Mandarin Green Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head romaine lettuce, 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, 3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped, 3 to 4 green onions, chopped and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Toss slivered almonds in about 1 tablespoon sugar over low heat in frying pan.
Stir until caramelized.
Break salad greens into salad bowl.
Add celery, green onions and mandarin oranges. Toss with oil, cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar.
