Mandarin Dinner
Mandarin Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sirloin tip or tender round steak, meat tenderizer, 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 1/3 c. water and 1/4 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Sprinkle steak with meat tenderizer according to package directions.
Thinly slice steak.
Heat oil in fry pan; add steak. Cool and stir only until steak has lost red color.
Add water, 1/4 cup soy sauce and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients; stir fry to crisp tender stage.
Skillet can be covered to cook at low heat. Serve meat, vegetables, and juices in bowl with rice.
Serve with soy sauce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
