Mammaw's Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Mammaw'S Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, melted, pineapple slices, cherries, 3/4 c. brown sugar and yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine margarine and brown sugar and put in a 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
Arrange pineapple slices, cherries and nuts on top. Mix cake mix per directions on box.
Pour in cake pan on top of pineapple, etc., filling pan 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Let stand in pan for 5 minutes, then turn onto plate. Best served warm with whipped topping.
