Mamie'S Beefy Skillet is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, 1 small can mushrooms, 1 26 oz. jar prego spaghetti sauce and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
