Made with 2 (1 lb.) cans crushed pineapple, 3/4 c. mint flavored apple jelly, 1 pt. whipping cream, 2 tsp. confectioners sugar and 1 pkg. strawberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Have all ingredients chilled.
Melt the apple jelly and mix with crushed pineapple.
Mix the Jell-O with the jelly mixture. Dissolve the Jell-O in the pineapple juice.
Mix the Jell-O mixture with jelly mixture.
Whip the cream and fold into other mixture with a wooden spoon.
Place in freezer until solid, not frozen.
