Mama'S No Fail Meringue is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp granulated sugar per egg white and 1 tsp vanilla flavoring per pie, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg whites until they turn white.
Add sugar gradually while beating.
Add vanilla.
Beat until you think it is ready - then beat some more.
(I use 4 egg whites per pie with 8 Tbsp sugar and 2 tsp vanilla.)
Spread over top of pie or pudding and brown in hot oven.
