Magical Mayonnaise Cake
Magical Mayonnaise Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing), 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3 c. flour and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vanilla; set aside.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder in separate bowl.
Add mayonnaise mixture to dry ingredients.
Add water and beat at medium speed until well blended.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour batter into pan and bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool in pan.
While baking make frosting.
