Magic Oven Stew
Magic Oven Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef stew meat, 5 stalks celery, 2 or 3 onions, 6 carrots and 3 or 4 potatoes, can add more, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grease 11 x 7 1/2 x 2 pan lightly.
Line bottom with meat. Arrange carrots and potatoes on top of meat; then onions and celery.
Combine salt, pepper, tapioca and sugar and sprinkle over all.
Add tomato sauce.
Cover pan tightly with heavy foil.
Do Not Peek.
Bake 4 hours at 275 degrees.
