Magic Lemon Meringue Pie
Magic Lemon Meringue Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1 tsp. grated lemon rind, 2 egg yolks and 1 baked graham cracker crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a medium size bowl put the egg yolks and beat until a light lemon color, add lemon juice and lemon rind and stir until completely mixed; stir in sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly.
Pour into a baked and cooled graham cracker crust. Top with your favorite meringue and bake at 325Β° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Keep refrigerated after it cools.
