Mae's Coconut Cake
Mae'S Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (room temperature), 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs (room temperature), 3 c. white lily plain all-purpose flour, sifted before measuring and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
