Macaroon Ice Cream Pie
Macaroon Ice Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven at 350°.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add salt, vanilla and sugar and blend well.
Combine baking powder, graham cracker crumbs, chopped walnuts and coconut, then fold into egg white mixture.
Pour ingredients into a 9-inch pie pan (glass preferred) with high edges.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Excellent served with strawberries, vanilla ice cream and/or Grand Marnier.
