Macaroni Salad
Macaroni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained, 2 c. diced or 2 small cans cocktail shrimp, tuna or ham, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. french dressing and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine meat or fish, celery, French dressing, seasoning and onion in a bowl.
Chill 30 minutes.
Mix in the chilled macaroni; add 1/4 cup green pepper.
Moisten with mayonnaise, yogurt or additional dressing to taste.
