Lydia's Corn Chowder
Lydia'S Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium potatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped, 1 c. water, 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules, 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper and dash of black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large saucepan combine potatoes, water, bouillon, red pepper and black pepper.
Bring to boil, reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until potatoes are just tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in 2 1/2 cups of the milk and corn.
