Lumpia(Egg Roll)
Lumpia(Egg Roll) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers, 1/8 c. oil, 1/2 head cabbage, sliced, 2 cloves garlic, diced and 1 lb. ground beef or pork, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Saute garlic and onion in a pot.
Add ground beef; season with salt.
Add carrot and green beans.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and cabbage.
Cook until done.
Drain and cool.
Wrap and roll tightly in lumpia wrapper.
Use 1 egg beaten to seal the wrapper.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Makes up to 28 to 32 pieces.
Serve hot and crispy.
