Lumpia
Lumpia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. carrots, cut into small pieces, 1 can bamboo shoots, cut into small pieces, 2 lb. ground meat, 5 cloves garlic and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Simmer last 3 ingredients in a frying pan, then add other ingredients.
Add salt and nutmeg to taste.
Cook until done. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a lumpia skin and roll up. Glue with white of egg.
Deep fry until brown.
