Mix flour, butter and pecans.
Press in a oblong pan.
Brown in oven at 375Β°.
Let cool.
Mix pudding and milk.
Set aside until thick.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip.
Put a thin layer of Cool Whip mixture over crust, then pudding and rest of Cool Whip.
Top with nuts or coconut.
