Low-Fat Stroganoff
Low-Fat Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. nonfat cream cheese, 3/4 c. skim evaporated milk, 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, 1 lb. lean ground turkey and 1 large onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown ground turkey and onion.
While this cooks, put cream cheese, evaporated milk and soup into another large saucepan.
Stir until melted together; set aside.
Undercook your noodles by a minute or two and drain.
Stir all ingredients together.
Add frozen corn if using.
Pour in a 2 to 3-quart casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
Serves four.
