Low-Fat Nutty Pumpkin Bread

Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder.
In large mixing bowl add beaten eggs, sweetener, pumpkin, pineapple and juice.
Mix well; then add half the dry ingredients, mix again and gradually add the rest of dry ingredients, mix well. Then fold in Grape-Nuts cereal. Spray well a Bundt pan or 2 small loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done when tester comes out clean when inserted in center.
