Low-Fat Dilly Bread

Sprinkle yeast in water;
Stir in 2 teaspoons of sugar; set aside.
Combine and mix the cottage cheese, onion, dill weed, baking powder, salt, sugar and Egg Beaters.
Add yeast and flour and knead until smooth and elastic.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover; rise until doubled (1 to 1 1/2 hours).
Punch down and knead a few times.
Divide and shape into loaves. Place in 2 well-greased pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Turn out on rack and cool.
Makes 2 loaves.
