Low-Fat Chicken Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small carton low-fat sour cream or small carton low-fat plain yogurt, 1 box plain or seasoned bread crumbs, 4 to 6 chicken breasts, deboned, 1 small box sliced mushrooms and 1 stick lo-cal margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Prepare chicken breasts.
May wish to salt and pepper.
Roll the chicken breasts in the sour cream or yogurt.
