Low-Fat Bran Muffins
Low-Fat Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 c. 100% bran, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in large bowl.
Mix cereal, milk and sugar in another bowl; let stand five minutes.
Stir in egg and applesauce.
Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Spoon batter into muffin pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or golden brown. Serve warm or may be frozen and heated in microwave.
