Low-Fat Banana Bread
Low-Fat Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. applesauce, 3/4 c. egg substitute, 1 c. bananas, chunked (about 3 small bananas), 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix applesauce, honey, egg substitute, banana chunks, water and vanilla in food processor or with mixer.
Mix in dry ingredients, using as few strokes as possible.
(Optional
Stir in 1 cup walnuts and/or 1 cup raisins.) Pour batter into loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
