Low Country Boil
Low Country Boil is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. smoked link sausage, cut in pieces, 12 small ears corn, 2 lb. whole carrots, quartered, 4 whole medium yellow onions, peeled and 4 stalks celery, quartered, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fill 4 to 5 gallon stock pot 3/4 full of water.
Put in bags of crab boil when water boils.
Add sausage and all vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender, approximately 45 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook 5 additional minutes.
Ladle out into a large serving dish and serve with French bread.
