Low Calorie Meatless Lasagna is an easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. dry lasagna noodles, 2 c. low-fat (1%) cottage cheese, 1 c. low-fat mozzarella cheese or 1/2 c. low-fat cheddar plus 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, 1 c. meatless spaghetti sauce and 1/2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook noodles until half done.
Layer noodles, cottage cheese, cheese, mushrooms and sauce.
Reserve a little cheese to sprinkle on top.
