Low Calorie Eggnog
Low Calorie Eggnog is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, separated, 4 c. skim milk, 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, 3 packets equal sweetener and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine egg yolks and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture coats a metal spoon.
Let cool.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Add the egg custard mixture, vanilla flavoring and Equal sweetener. Mix lightly. Cover and chill. Pour into serving cups and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Makes 8 1/2 cups.
