Lovelight Chocolate Chiffon Cake
Lovelight Chocolate Chiffon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, separated, 2 c. sugar, 2 2/3 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Egg whites until frothy, gradually adding 1/2 cup sugar. Beat very stiff. Sift remaining sugar, flour, soda salt into another bowl. Add oil and half of buttermilk, egg yolks and chocolate.
Beat 150 strokes.
Fold in meringue.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350Β°.
