👨🍳 Instructions
Mix whipping cream, vinegar and soda.
Blend potatoes, sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in processor.
Add first mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.

Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Turn to 300° and bake for 40 to 50 minutes longer.
