Lots O'Apple Cake
Lots O'Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. pillsbury's best all-purpose or unbleached flour, 1 c. pillsbury best whole wheat flour, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts; beat at low speed until moistened.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in prepared pan.
Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
