Lollipops
Lollipops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/3 c. water, 1/4 tsp. flavoring and 5 drops food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease back of cookie sheet with butter.
Arrange sucker sticks on sheet.
Cook sugar, cream of tartar and water to hard (310Β°).
Add flavoring and color and stir.
Pour over sticks. Wiggle each lollipop loose when set, but not cold.
