Lobster Fra Diavolo(My Personal Favorite)
Lobster Fra Diavolo(My Personal Favorite) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 live lobsters, cleaned and cut into 5 pieces each, 1/4 c. olive oil, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 1 onion, chopped and 1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Lobster.
Remove stomach and reserve tomally, if desired.
In large saucepan, heat oil and saute garlic and onion until tender but not brown.
Add tomato sauce and tomatoes; well, squashing tomatoes slightly. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 20 minutes.
Add lobster to cooking cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve over linguine, cooked according to package directions. Makes 4 servings.
