Lobster Chowder

Made with 1 c. lobster meat, cooked and diced (imitation lobster meat is okay), 4 tbsp. butter, 1 c. water, 2 c. milk, heated and 2 c. raw potatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute lobster meat in butter for 7 to 8 minutes.
In saucepan, combine potatoes, onion and water.
Boil until tender.
Add heated milk and lobster meat.
Season with salt and pepper.
