Lo-Cal Chicken Oriental
Lo-Cal Chicken Oriental is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. cut up chicken, 1 lb. can pineapple chunks, 3 tbsp. wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place chicken pieces, skin side up in shallow baking dish. Surround with pineapple chunks.
Mix pineapple juice with vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken.

Add pepper strips. Combine cornstarch and water in cup.
Stir into liquid in baking dish and bake an additional 15 minutes or until bubbly.
