Lo-Cal Apple Pie
Lo-Cal Apple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (16 oz.) medium granny smith (green) apples, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon and dash of nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Peel and core apples and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl.
In one pie shell, place apples in shell and pour sugar mixture over apples evenly.
Place other pie shell on top and sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top and cut holes to vent in top crust.
Press edges of pie shells together.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes.
