Lizzie's Snowball Cookies
Lizzie'S Snowball Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine or butter, 1/4 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 3/4 c. sifted flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream margarine or butter until light and fluffy.
Beat in the milk a little at a time.
Add vanilla.
Sift flour with salt and sugar.
Add a little at a time to the creamed mixture.
Add pecans and mix well.
Roll dough (about 1 teaspoon for each cookie) between palm of hands.
Place on floured cookie sheet and bake in a 325Β° oven for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Roll cookies in confectioners sugar while still warm.
Yields 4 or 5 dozen small cookies.
