Little Meat Loaves
Little Meat Loaves is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground chuck, 3/4 lb. ground ham, 1 c. left-over or instant mashed potatoes, 3 eggs, beaten to a golden yellow and 1/2 c. condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix the chuck, ham and mashed potatoes.
Add the eggs and milk.
Work in the bread crumbs or Wheaties.
Add the salt and pepper.
Form into little loaves about 3-inches long and 2-inches wide.
Place them in rows in a buttered coffee cake tin.
Add the water with the bouillon cubes in it.
Cover the tin with aluminum foil.
Place in a 375Β° oven for 1 hour.
