Little Cheese Cakes
Little Cheese Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs and 1/2 box (approximately) vanilla wafers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla.
Use mixer.
Put paper cups in a tassie pan.
Cover bottom of cup with crushed wafers (approximately 1/2 teaspoon).
Add cheese cake mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Centers will fall when taken out. When cool, top with cherry pie filling.
Makes about 48 cheese cakes.
