Lithuanian Mushroom Bake
Lithuanian Mushroom Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large mushrooms, sliced, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. light sour cream and 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Simmer the mushrooms and onion in the margarine over low heat, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place in shallow pan.
Mix together the sour cream, yogurt, flour, salt and pepper.
Pour over mushrooms.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
