Lite Artichoke Dip
Lite Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 1/2 oz.) each cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 1 (8 oz.) can diced green chilies, 1 1/2 c. fat-free mayo and 6 oz. freshly grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In ovenproof dish, combine artichokes, chilies, mayo and all but 2 tablespoons cheese.
Mix well. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake about 50 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
Serve with crisp crackers.
