Lipton Pepper Steak
Lipton Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chuck or round steak, 2 tbsp. canola oil, 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 2 c. water and 2 medium green peppers, cut in thin strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut meat into thin strips 2 inches long.
In large skillet, heat oil and brown meat, turning frequently.
Stir in Lipton onion soup mix and 2 cups water.
Cover; simmer 30 minutes.
Stir in peppers.
Simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until meat is tender. Blend cornstarch with 1/2 cup water.
Stir into skillet.
Cook while stirring until thickened.
