Linguini with Clam Sauce
Linguini With Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. peanut oil, 3 cloves garlic, finely minced, 1/4 c. half and half and 2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans chopped clams, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat margarine and peanut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes or until tender.
Remove skillet from heat.
Stir in half and half, clams and salt.
Return skillet to heat and cook and stir until mixture is heated through.
Do not boil.
Toss clam sauce and parsley with drained hot linguini and serve.
