Linguine and White Clam Sauce
Linguine And White Clam Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 can minced clams per person plus 1 extra can, 1 bottle clam juice, 1/2 c. olive oil, 5 or 6 cloves garlic and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown onion and garlic.
Add bottled clam juice and juice from the canned clams.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer.
Add oregano, parsley, peppers, marjoram, lemon juice and grated cheese.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Throw clams in and simmer 15 minutes.
Boil and cook linguine; top with sauce.
