Lindsey's Favorite Pot Roast
Lindsey'S Favorite Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 lb. lean beef roast, 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 envelopes onion soup mix, 1 gal. water and salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put roast in large roaster and put salt, pepper and garlic powder on top to your taste.
Broil until the top sizzles.
Put lid on roaster and cook in 350Β° oven for 2 to 3 hours, depending on size of roast, along with the soup, soup mix and water.
After cooking, add the remaining ingredients, stir.
Add more water, if needed, to just cover the top of the vegetables.
Bake another 1 1/2 to 3 hours, depending on amount.
