Linda's Venison Stew
Linda'S Venison Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. venison, cut in cubes, 1/2 c. red wine vinegar, salt and pepper, 1 glove garlic, minced and 1 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Marinate venison in red wine vinegar for 3 to 4 hours; drain. Transfer venison to a large pot and cover with water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add garlic and chili powder.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Simmer for another 25 minutes.
