Linda's Chicken Supreme
Linda'S Chicken Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned, 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 3/4 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix and 1/2 lb. swiss cheese, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with Pam.
Cut chicken breasts into serving pieces.
Place chicken in the bottom of the baking dish.
Layer cheese over chicken.
In a bowl, combine soup and water.
Mix until creamy.
Pour the mixture over chicken and cheese in the baking dish.
In another bowl, combine stuffing mix and butter.
Mix well.
Spoon over the soup, covering the entire top of the casserole.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until chicken is tender and topping is browned.
