Linda's Chicken Fingers
Linda'S Chicken Fingers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 pkg. good seasons italian dressing mix, salt and pepper to taste and accent (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix egg, milk and poultry seasoning in bowl and set aside. Mix flour, dressing mix, salt, pepper and Accent in large bowl with fitted cover (or gallon Ziploc bag).
Heat 2 cups oil on stove in large frying pan.
Dip chicken strips in egg mixture and then in flour mixture and fry until golden brown, turning once.
