Linda Batton'S Chicken Or Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 pkg. lipton dry onion soup, 1 soup can water and 1 c. long grain regular rice (uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix the soups, water and rice in a bowl.
Melt 1/2 of the margarine in a casserole dish.
Pour in soup and rice mixture. Melt the rest of the margarine and brown the chicken or pork chops in it.
Place browned chicken or pork chops on top of rice.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.

3-quart or 9 x 13-inch.
