Lime Fruit Dip
Lime Fruit Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 4 tsp. cornstarch, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate (undiluted) and 2 to 3 drops green food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat eggs; combine in top of double boiler with sugar, cornstarch and limeade concentrate.
Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat; stir in food coloring. Cool.
Whip cream and fold into cooled limeade mixture.
Transfer to bowl or individual serving dishes; serve with fresh fruit and berries.
