Light Bread

In large bowl dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Stir in rest of water, salt and sugar.
Add oil and stir. Stir in as much flour as possible.
Place rest flour on smooth surface, saving the th cup.
Pour dough from bowl onto flour and knead.
Work in all the flour you can until smooth and silky.
Place dough in large well-greased container and cover with a cup towel.
Let rise until doubled. Remove and knead in last cup of flour until smooth.
Form loaves or rolls and place in well-greased pan.
Turn oil side up; cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 350Β° until brown, 30 to 45 minutes.
