Leota's Fudge
Leota'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1 c. evaporated milk, 3 sq. semi-sweet baker's chocolate and 4 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix syrup, sugar, milk and chocolate.
Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Increase heat until soft ball stage is reached. Add butter and put in cool water until mixture is lukewarm.
Add vanilla and beat until candy stands alone.
Add pecans and mix and turn into greased dish.
